TURKS ENRAGED
OVER ARTICLE IN HITLER’S PAPER. AN OUTSPOKEN REPLY. (By Telegraph—(Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, December 20. The Turks have been enraged by a threatening article in Hitler's paper, the "Volkischer Beobachtre,” Which said that any country threatening Germany would end un like Poland. The leading Turkish daily, the “Yenisabeh,” in an exceptionally outspoken reply, says: “Instead of preoccupying themselves with dreams, the Germans had better pray to win the war. The Allies are beating hell out of them in Africa.”
