NO UNRESTRICTED RIGHT
OF TRAVEL ON RAILWAYS. STATEMENT BY MR SEMPLE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. No section of the general community has an unrestricted right of travel on the railways in the North Island. This was emphasised in a statement by Mr Semple (Minister of Railways) who said that any suggestion that miners or any other section of the workers would be granted an unrestricted right to travel was untrue.
