“COWBOY SERENADE.” Gene Autry, public cowboy favourits No. I,' will be seen tonight and Friday night in a role full of song hits, romance, and the stirring action of the rangeland. Fay McKenzie is again Gene’s leading lady. She has been variously described as “the girl with the blitzkrieg eyes,” and recently won a nation-wide American contest as “the girl with the most camera apoeal. A song which should appeal is “Cowboy Serenade.” The associate feature is Man From Headquarters.” There is mystery, murder and romance combined when Frank Albertson and Joan Woodbury together track down a ruthless mastermind of crime, in “Man From Headquarters.“ If patrons like unusual mystery thrillers they cannot afford to miss “Man From Headquarters.
