ANZAC HOSPITAL CLOSED
WAIRARAPA BOARD’S DECISION. POSITION TO BE REVIEWED IN THREE MONTHS. The Wairarapa Hospital Board today decided, to close the Anzac Hospital at Featherston, l on the advice of the Department, of Health, but to review the position in three months’ time. In view of the valuable equipment stored at, the hospital it was decided to appoint two voluntary aids as caretakers.
