NEW BATTLESHIPS
SAID TO HAVE BEEN COMPLETED BY JAPAN. GERMAN AGENCY REPORT. LONDON, December 14. The German-controlled Trans-occan news agency asserts that the Japanese have put into commission several 42,-500-ton battleships equipped with 16in. guns, and are also launching several cruisers, destroyers and aircraftcarriers.
