ATTEMPT TO REACH AGREEMENT. UPON UNITED DEMAND. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.10 a.m.) ALLAHABAD, December 13. The Non-Party Conference Standing Committee has concluded its deliberations with Indian leaders, which are preliminary to a proposed all-party conference in an effort to secure agreement upon a united demand for a Provisional Government. 'Leaders will now consult their organisations upon the proposed solution of the deadlock.
