BIG AMERICAN FACTORY CLOSED DOWN. ■ (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WINDSOR (Ontario), November 24. Twelve thousand workers .of the Ford Motor Company are on strike, resulting in the closing down of an entire plant. United Automobile Workers’ Union officials allege that the company hired women at 50 cents an hour, replacing men paid higher wages.
