JAPAN AND INDO=CHINA

The Paris radio says the Japanese are negotiating with the Indo-China authorities about the strengthening of Indo-China’s military and economic defence position. Another message speaks of action taken by the Japanese against an attempted revolt in Indo-China. A number of suspects have been arrested.
