The Chilean President, Senor Rios, pieviously cabled President Roosevelt, expressing approval of the North African action. The United Press correspondent in Buenos Aires says that, coincidently with a sweeping round-up of alleged Nazi agents, the Government has placed telegraphic and telephonic communications under strict control and has declared all Argentine ports military zones. ■
