FINAL SHOWING TONIGHT. ‘•Blondie Goes to College’’ and “Arkansas Judge” will be finally shown tonight. -BABES ON BROADWAY.’’ Songs, dancing, romance and laughter all go to make up the new muscial picture, "Babes on Broadway.” which will be shown at the Regent Theatre, on Saturday and Monday, with Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland in their seventeenth picture together. Forming a dance trio with Rooney are Ray McDonald and Richard Quine, both from the Broadway musical comedy stage, and the cast also features Fay Bainter. Virginia Weidler, Ray McDonald, Richard Quine, Donald Meek and Alexander Woollcott.
