DAMAGE NOT VERY SERIOUS. , The bush fire at Kaituna is nearly out. Odd tree stumps are still burning. Damage was confined to fences and pastures, and slock losses are not so great as was thought. The burnt-out area mostly comprises scrub and fern land.
