ROYAL WREATH

LAID ON THE WHITEHALL CENOTAPH. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, November 11. The King laid a wreath at the Cenotaph today, on his way to the opening of the Parliament, and the Queen stood at his side as he saluted. “In memory of the glorious dead. George R.I. and Elizabeth R. 1,” was the inscription on the Royal wreath.
