STATE THEATRE
DOUBLE PROGRAMME. There will be a particularly good double feature programme shown at the State Theatre tonight. The bill of fare will be one of the best mid-week presentations seen at the theatre for some time, and contains items to suit all tastes. Quality is in evidence right through the programme and comedy and drama are cleverly interwoven, the high standard of outstanding pictures presented by the management being well maintained. In “Thundering Hooiy’ there is everything that a lover of this type of drama could wish for. With many exciting scenes, clever dialogue and excellent acting it is a presentation that will appeal. “Sing Your Worries Away” is a happy picture which should be a firm favourite with the audience.
