Local Bills remaining on the Order Paper —the Makerua Drainage Board Empowering Bill, Petone and Lower Hutt Gas-lighting Empowering and Amendment Bill, and the Wanganui City Council Vesting and Empowering Amendment Bill—were put through all stages and passed without amendment.
