A representative of the Yugoslavian Government in France, M. Snoj, has received, smuggled from Croatia, a copy of an official Italian Army decree ordering soldiers to destroy and burn all buildings in which Italians are “insulted.” Soldiers are further ordered to shoot without warning “all acting inimically and all males behaving suspiciously.”
