A list of 2,990 skilled workers marked for compulsory deportation to Germany is being posted at Lyons today. Ten only had volunteered when 3,000 were demanded. Many workers came out on strike and the police had to be reinforced. The Vichy radio says a military tribunal at Lyons sentenced nine people to terms of imprisonment, ranging from a year to life, for endangering the security of the State.
