ARRESTS IN BOMBAY
FOLLOWING ON RECENT EXPLOSIONS MERCHANTS & FINANCIERS INCLUDED. FIFTEEN ASSEMBLY MEMBERS DETAINED IN ORISSA. (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) BOMBAY, October 15. Twenty-five persons, including merchants and financiers, have been arrested in connection with a recent series of bomb explosions in the city. Fifteen out of the 56 members of the Orissa Legislative Assembly have been detained under the Defence Regulations.
