SALE AT DUNEDIN. PRICES GENERALLY LOWER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, September 29. At today's rabbitskin sale approximately 70 tons were offered. There was a restricted demand and, with odd exceptions, values, as compared with previous sales rates, can be quoted generally at 12d to '24d per lb. lower. Because of the falling oft in quality competition on behalf of the New Zeaand furrier trade was restricted. Following is the official range of prices: —First winter bucks, 108 d to 120 d : first winter does, 126‘d to 133 d: second winter bucks, 90d to 108 d ; second winter does, 120 d; spotted winter bucks. 80d to 94d: spotted winter does, 80d to 94d outgoing winter bucks, 70d to 72d; outgoing winter does, 70d to 78d; spring bucks, 56Ld to GBd: spring docs, 48d to 60d; furrier does, 80d to 9«d: stained does, 40d to 48d; milky, 24d to 39d: summers, 20d; small. 12d; racks, 30d; first winter broken, 40d to 53‘Ad; second winter broken. 30d to 39Ld; third broken, 20d: first blacks. 94d to 96d: second winter blacks G6d; first fawns, 30d; second fawns, 20d; hareskins, 16d to 18d: horse-hair, to 29d; ferretskins, to 12s 9d.
