PRESENTATION TO BE MADE TO MR J. W. CARD. FEATHERSTON BOROUGH’S SILVER JUBILEE,. A presentation is to be made to Mr J. W. Card, Mayor of Featherston, at a public gathering to be held in Featherston on Monday night, in recognition of his 46 years’ public service, 25 years as Mayor. The Silver Jubilee of the Borough will also be celebrated. Musical items will be contributed and after the presentation speeches and supper, a dance will be held.
