REPORTED BY VICHY ACTIVITIES OF “COMMUNIST TERRORISTS.” SEVERAL ARRESTS MADE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, September 29. The Vichy news agency reported that widespread inquiries are being made into the activities of a band of Communist terrorists at Concarneau, Lorient, Nantes and Paris who have been responsible for a hundred outrages. A large quantity of explosives was discovered and a gang uncovered after three armed bandits had held up a post office. Several arrests have been made.
