ENEMY CLAIMS
(Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, September 27 A German communique states that the Germans in the Stalingrad town area took several pillboxes and tnat attacks north of Stalingrad were repulsed. The communique also claims that the Germans have reached tire Volga at several points.
