FRANCO NEGOTIATING WITH ROYAL FAMILY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) BERNE, September 24. The “Berner Tageblatt’s” Madrid correspondent says General Franco and the Spanish Royal family have completed the “principal negotiations” for Don Juan’s- return as King of Spain, but the date of the restoration is still uncertain. Don Juan, who is the late ex-King Alfonso’s third son, is at present living in Lausanne.
