MARTINBOROUGH
ROAD TO BE CLOSED (“Times-Age” Special.) The Martinborough-Hinakura Road will be closed on Thursday from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m., in order to allow repairs to be carried out to the Pope’s Head bridge. Road Metalling. The Featherston County Council is about to carry out metalling work in the Otaraia and Martinborough ridings, and tenders are being called for the getting and delivering of metal on the roads concerned. Tenderers will be met at the Featherston County Office at 9 a.m. on Friday and will be shown the work required to be carried out.
