ENEMY-OCCUPIED TERRITORY IN EUROPE POWER STATIONS & IRONWORKS ATTACKED. MINOR RAIDS ON BRITAIN. LONDON, September 22. R.A.F. bombers were over Occupied Europe in daylight today. Power stations were among the industrial targets attacked in Northern France and in Holland an iron and steel works at Ymuiden was bombed. Direct hits were observed and fires were started. Two bombers were lost and one fighter is missing from a patrol today. Four enemy planes flew in low this afternoon over an English south-east coast town and dropped bombs on a cinema. The building was empty except for the staff. Another bomb killed three men working in an area damaged in a previous raid. Twp enemy raiders over the Dover area shot down some barrage balloons before the defending guhfire became too hot for them.
