PERSONAL ITEMS (“Times-Age” Special.) Mrs Lovegrove is visiting her mother, who has been in indifferent health for some time. Dr and Mrs O'Regan, Wellington, were the guests of Mr and Mrs Trevor Hume for a few days. Miss Makere Hutana, who has been home for a few days, has returned to Waipukurau. Mrs Himona. Masterton, was the guest of Mrs Carter recently. Seaman T. Tewiata. in a letter to friends here, states that he had visited some interesting places in one of His Majesty's ships and that he was .in good health and enjoying the life immensely. Mrs Henry McMaster, who met with a painful injury recently, is making good progress towards recovery. Among those listed as prisoners of war appears the name of Eddie .Keys, who is well-known in this district. Long Night Dance. The bachelors and spinsters of the district propose to hold a long night dance within the next fortnight.
