A Five Power conference is being convened on the Brazilian border to discuss methods of halting the clandestine travel of Axis agents from Brazil into adjoining neutral countries, says the “New York” Herald-Tribune’s” Montevideo correspondent. Preliminary investigations are reported to have uncovered a vast ring of agents, starting from a number of Brizilian border' points and spreading into Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina. The conference is expected to recommend the internment of all Axis nationals in the River Plate area.
