VICTIMS OF NAZI MURDER IN OCCUPIED EUROPE. INTER-ALLIED COMMITTEE GIVES FACTS. LONDON, September 21. Nazi .shootings of people in Occupied Europe have now reached the grim total of 207,373. This information has been compiled by the In-ter-Allied Investigation Committee, in London. The governments of Allied countries have confirmed the details of many executions. Since the Germans occupied Poland, 200,000 Poles have been killed. In France 250 hostages have been executed and in six months 1500 Frenchmen have been shot or sentenced to death. Since the German occupation of Crete 3,000 of the islanders have been killed. In Czechoslovakia 525 people have been shot for alleged complicity in the killing of Heydrich. Concentration camps and the Gestapo have accounted for the death of thousands more.
