ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Carterton Borough Council, held on TUESDAY, August 25, 1942, the following Resolution was passed:— The Carterton Borough Council hereby makes by Special Order the following By-law by virtue of and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf. The Short Title of this By-law is “The Carterton Borough Building Amendment By-law, 1942.” The object and purport of the By-law is: To incorporate the New Zealand Standard Code of Building By-laws, Parts I. —VI. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Carterton Borough Council, to be held on TUESDAY, the 29th day of September, 1942, in the Council Chamber, High Street, Carterton, at 8 p.m. A full copy of the said By-law is deposited at the office of the Town Clerk, and may be inspected by all persons during office hours.
