PRIMARY SCHOOLS. SUCCESSFUL TOURNAMENT. The Masterton Primary Schools held a very successful tournament on Saturday, under ideal weather conditions, at the Wairarapa Collage grounds. The results were as follow:— A Grade—St. Bride’s beat Central, 11/6; Whatman beat Lansdowne, 10/0; Whatman beat Carterton, 9/7; Carterton beat West, 6/5; St. Bride’s beat St. Patrick’s, 11/8. Final: St. Bride’s beat Whatman, 15/5. B Grade.—St. Bride’s beat West 1., 10/2; Solway beat Central, 7/5; Whatman’ beat Carterton IL, 18/1;_ Te Oro Ore beat Carterton, 4/1; Te Whiti beat West 11., 5/2; St. Bride’s beat Solway, 8/5- Te Ore Ore beat Whatman, 7/2; St. Bride’s beat Te Whiti, 12/4. Final: St. Bride’s beat Te Ore Ore, 10/8. C Grade—St. Patrick’s I. beat Central, 9/1; Solway beat Lansdowne, 4/2; Central I. beat West, 6/2; Te Ore Ore beat Lansdowne, 5/0; Whatman beat St. Bride’s, 3/2; St. Patrick’s I. beat St. Patrick’s 11., 14/1; Solway beat Central, 3/2; Whatman beat Te Ore Ore, 7/2; St. Patrick’s beat Solway, 14/1. Final: St. Patrick’s beat Whatman, 15/4.
