OBITUARY
MRS H. H. LIDDLE. The death occurred today of Mrs Agnes Liddle, wife of Mr Harold Hume Liddle, of 39 Bannister Street, Masterton. The late Mrs Liddle had been in indifferent health for some time past. She was born in Wellington 77 years ago, being the second daughter of the late Mr and Mrs A. B. Yates, early settlers of Masterton. Mrs Liddle was a devoted member of St Matthew’s Church and of the Ladies’ Guild.
She is survived by her husband, one son, of Palmerston North, and a sister, Mrs E. B. Hare, Wellington. The funeral will take place on Monday, leaving St. Matthew’s Church, following a service at 2 p.m. for the Masterton Cemetery.
