The Government has called in all rad ; o sets at Bhagalpur. Suspended Indian newspapers held a conference and demanded the withdrawal of the Press advisory system. A resolution declared that newspapers were unable to function with dignity under the present restrictions. An appeal was also made to newspapers throughout India which have not suspended publication to do so.
