VIOLATED BY VICHY IN SENDING LABOURERS TO GERMANY. AND DELIVERING JEWS TO AXIS POWERS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, Noon.) RUGBY, September 15. The U.S.A. Secretary of State, Mr Cordell Hull, said Vichy’s plan to send thousands of French labourers to Germany would be inconsistent with France's obligations under international law Mr Hull also denounced Vichy, for undertaking the delivery of Jewish refugees to the Axis powers.
