NAZI PROPAGANDA

REGARDING ALLIED BOMBING OF FRANCE. ATTEMPTS TO PROVOKE BREACH. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received. This Day, 1 p.m.) LONDON, September 10. The Germans are doing their utmost to exploit the Allied raids on Occupied Erance for a general campaign to create a breach between France and the Allies, ihe Brussels radio quoted an unnamed French newspaper for an assertion that British bombs have killed on an average ten Frenchmen daily since the armistice and for the suggestion that all Britons in France should be placed in concentration camps in places most exposed/to R.A.F. attacks. The German radio quoted Paris reports that the French People’s Party had protested to the Count de Brinon against the British raids, demanding confiscation -of British and American property. A French political group, called the Friends of the Marshal, has demanded the internment of Britons and Americans in France. Axis-controlled radios continue to hint at a British-American plan to invade French Africa, although one German commentator suggests that plans against Dakar have been abandoned because of the shipping shortage.
