FOR REMAINDER OF CREW OF GRAF SPEE.

Declaring that the Nazis have not responded in a proper manner to. the humanitarian treatment they received the Argentine Government has ordered the remainder of the crew of the Graf Spec to be placed in a concentration camp, reports the “Herald-Tribune’s’ Buenos Aires corespondent. He adds that at least 130 of the Graf; Specs officers and men are- known to. have escaped. Many are now serving in the German Navy and some are believed to be members of the crews of new submarines operating in the South Atlantic. '
