MASTERTON BATTALION. ROUTINE ORDERS FOR WEEK. Routine orders for the Masterton Battalion of the Home Guard, issued by Major A. L. Hibbs, are:— Parades: A. B and C Coys.: As arranged by Company Commanders. Petrol Guards: Thursday. September 3, at Harcombe’s Garage at 7.0 p.m. Medical Platoon: Thursday. September 3 and Monday, September 7, at 7.0 p.m.. at the Methodist Hall. Mortar Platoon: Thursday, September 3 and Tuesday, September 11. at 7.0 p.m.. at the rear ol the Soldiers' Club. All ranks of the Mortar Platoon will bring on the parade on September 3, 24 hours ration and all equipment necessary for an emergency call. M.M.G. Platoon: Thursday, September 3 and Monday. September 7. at 7.0 p.m. at the Mokatoa Scout Den. Signals Platoon: Thursday, September 3, at 7.0 p.m. at the Central School. Pioneers’ Platoon: Thursday, September 3 at the Farmers’ Union Room at 7.0 p.m. A company commanders’ conference will be held on Tuesday, September 8, at 7.30 p.m. Marched in: V. G. C. Brittain, E. H. Nepia, A. J. Mikara. Marched out: F. A. Algar, to E.P.S.; L. W. Ball, to Lincs of Communication: S. Hounslow 7 , to E.P.S., Waingawa; R. Burne, to N.Z.T.S.: W. B. Lipp, to Traffic Police: D. A. Thompson, to Camp; P. Martell, to Camp; N. J. McNicholl. to Air Force: D. J. Cook, to Camp : C. Gillon, to E.P.S., Waingawa; D. P. Donald, to C.D.S.I. Transfers: G. R6ss from Petrol Guards to M.M.G. Platoon; T. L. Wright from Pool to Signals Platoon.
