SAVING PLANNED IN LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.45 a.m.) RUGBY, September 1. The citizens of London are being asked to reduce their consumption of water by sixty million gallons daily. They will thus save 32,000 tons of coal a year.
