CHURCH SERVICES

The Holy Communion will be celebrated in St. Matthew’s Church tomorrow at 8 a.m. A memorial service for the Duke of Kent will be held at 11 a.m., when Archdeacon Rich will be the preacher. The preacher at 4 p.m. will be the Rev. E. O. Shield, C.F. There will be a service at' Brancepeth at 3 p.m. The service of the Baptist Church tomorrow will be conducted by the Rev. P. F. Lanyon, the secretary of the N.Z. Baptist Union. The service will commence at 3 p.m. There will be no Sunday school. The services at Knox Church tomorrow at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. will be conducted by the Rev. J. M. Simpson. The Rev. D. McNeur will preach at the Lansdowne Presbyterian Church tomorrow morning and evening and at Opaki at 3 P- m ' , At the Methodist Church tomorrow both services will be conducted by the Rev. H. S. Kings. Mr G. Woodfield, of Palmerston North, will be the preacher at the afternoon service at Kuripuni.
