The United Press correspondent at Chungking says the Japanese are using floating islands in the Pacific, which are possibly made of bambo, and are large enough for aeroplanes to land I on, according to a spokesman at the I Chinese Military Office. He added that I intelligence officers photographed an i island which was used for refuelling and rest stations for planes and pilots.
