Weather fair to fine apart from some scattered morning cloud. Temperatures cool with light frost tonight. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Fair, LOCAL REPORT. Mr N. W. Towns reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. today: — Barograph, 30.40; shade temperature, maximum, 49.3; minimum, 30.2; terrestrial, 24.8; sunshine, 48 minutes; rain, 2 points; frost, 5.6 degrees. Draw blinds at 6.15 p.m. today; raise them at 6.20 a.m. tomorrow.
