LORD MOYNE

TO ASSIST MR R. G. CASEY IN MIDDLE EAST. APPOINTED DEPUTY-MINISTER OF STATE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) RUGBY, August 27. Lord Moyne has been appointed De-puty-Minister of State in the Middle East to assist Mr R. G. Casey. The volume of work carried out by Mr Casey has greatly increased and the presence of a second Minister will enable visits to be made to main centres outside Egypt. Lord Moyne will have Cabinet rank.
