FLAGS AT HALF-MAST
TRIBUTE OF RESPECT TO LATE DUKE OF KENT. GOVERNMENT INSTRUCTION & REQUEST. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Instructions have been issued by the Acting-Prime Minister (Mr Sullivan) that flags shall be flown at half-mast on all Government buildings throughout the Dominion tomorrow, on the occasion of the /hneral of the Duke of Kent. Mr Sullivan has also invited local . authorities and citizens generally, where possible, to do likewise.
