AT A STANDSTILL
THE LIVERPOOL MINE. TRUCKERS REFUSE TO WORK UNDER DAMAGED SHED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, This Day. The Liverpool miners returned home today owing to the refusal of truckers to work under a clipping shed, where trucks were diverted to the main rope road. The truckers contended that the shed, which has been damaged by wind, is in a dangerous state. A promise by the management of. the early repair of the shed was considered inadequate. . „ . „ The watersiders are also idle owing to dangerous conditions.
