OBITUARY
MRS M. J. GORDON.
The death occurred in Auckland last Saturday of Mrs Matthew J. Gordon, formerly a resident of the Masterton district. Mrs Gordon was born in Scotland and came to New Zealand' about 40 years ago, taking up her residence with her brother, Mr John McKinnon on a farm near Masterton. She married Mr Matthew Gordon about 32 years ago and lived at Rata Hills, Bideford, for about ten years. Mr and Mrs Gordon then removed to Auckland where they had lived ever since. She had been a keen Sunday School and church worker all her life. The late Mrs Gordon leaves a husband but no family. MRS WILLIAM MUNN. The death occurred at the Masterton Hospital yesterday of Mrs Florence Christina Munn, wife of Mr William Munn, of Martinborough. The late Mrs Munn, who was 66 years of age, had resided for many years in the Martinborough district. She is survived by her husband, one son, Mr D. Munn (Martinborough) and one daughter, Mrs W. Feist (Masterton), besides three sisters and seven grandchildren.
