Certain cafeterias which made application were recently authorised by the Price Tribunal to increase their charge for a pot of tea served on the premises to sixpence, according to a statement by the tribunal today. The reason given was that a majority of the cafeterias were charging sixpence, but a minority less. Estabilshments not named in the application are not covered by the order now made.
