COLLECTIVE FINE IMPOSED ON TOWN. REXIST KILLED IN ARMED ATTACK. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) ' (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m LONDON, August 24. The Independent Belgian news agency reports that the population of Seraing have been fined 100,000 francs and a curfew has been imposed on the town, folic wing on tin armed attack ’resulting in the death of a Rexist (Fascist).
