REGENT THEATRE
“MY WIFE’S FAMILY.” “My Wife’s Family,” which will be finally shown tonight, has been a favourite British comedy for years, and the latest version has been so brought up to date that the amusing situations have gained in appeal. It is r. wartime story, , where the husband comes home on leave, his pleasurable outlook dimmed by the news that his mother-in-law will be added to the family group. His father, young sister, and Doctor Knott, who is full of eccentric humour and earns a living by selling odds and ends from a car that is itself a cause of merriment, are members of the party.
