- WAIRARAPA CLUB’S MEETING. PHYSICK CUP AND MAIDEN 5 STAKE. > Splendid coursing was seen at the Akura 3 Plumpton yesterday, when a meeting was held by the Wairarapa Coursing Club. The Physick Cup contest was won by H. Fannin’s Spiteful Nell and the Maiden Stake by A. Parkes's Old Pal. In the second round of the Physick Cup event, 35 points were re- ! corded in a course by two dogs. Ambitious . and Wind Up, the largest number of points , ever recorded locally.
