ROUTINE ORDERS FOR WEEK.

MASTERTON BATTALION.

Routine orders for the Masterton Battalion of the Home Guard, issued by Major A. L. Hibbs, D.C.M., commanding, are: — Parades: A, B and C Coys, as arranged by company commanders. Signals Platoon: Central School, Thursday, August 20, at 7.0 p.m. M.M.G. Platoon: Mokatoa Hall, Thursday, August 20, at 7.0 p.m. Mortar Platoon:, Soldiers’ Club, Thursday, August 20, M 7.0 p.m. Pioneers’ Platoon: Farmers’ Union Room, Perry Street, tonight at 7.0 p.m. Medical Platoon: As arranged by platoon commander. Country Companies: As arranged by company commanders.

Battalion Pool: Men who are transferred to the pool must realise that they are still members of the Home Guard and can be called upon to replace those men marched out. Promotions: L/Cpl. K.
