NEW CABINET
BEING FORMED IN CUBA. BID FOR NATIONAL UNITY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.50 p.m.) HAVANA, August 16. The President, Colonel Batista, is forming a new Cabinet and has named Senator Ramon Zaydin as Prime Minister. Senator Zaydin was a former political adversary of Colonel Batista’s and therefore the move is understood to be aiming at the formation of a Cabinet of national unity for the war.
