INCREASED IN RUSSIA IN SPITE OF TERRITORIAL LOSSES. TRANSFER OF FACTORIES TO REAR. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, August 15. The Russian aircraft industry is producing more heavily than last year, said M,. Yakovlev, Deputy People’s Commissar for Industry, in a message on the occasion of Air Force Day tomorrow. He added that aircraft factories had been transferred to the rear beyond the reach of enemy planes, and hundreds of thousands of skilled workmen had also been transplanted. Production had not ceased for a single day, and it was growing daily.
